Toxic substances are primarily excreted from the body through the stool and urine. Regular bowel discharge is particularly important in detoxification because it reduces the possibility of absorption of toxins from the intestine. This is supported by clay bentonite and flax seeds. Bentonite is a type of edible clay that acts laxatively (it absorbs water and creates a gel), binds toxins such as pesticides, and helps to bring them out of the intestine. Flaxseed also absorbs water and increases volume in the intestine, thus removing mucus. It has also been observed that flax seeds lower cholesterol levels.

It is recommended to take one tablespoon of liquid bentonite and one tablespoon of ground flax seeds in a glass of water in the morning (other foods are taken 1/2 hours after this). During the day, it is necessary to consume at least 8 glasses of water or a possible occurrence of constipation. Instead of seeds of flax, psyllium or fibers from the teeth can be used. Clay bentonite should not be used in the case of taking drugs (it works on drug absorption).

Lemon juice in a glass of water has a slight laxative effect and stimulates the digestive system that is important in detoxification. Juice of half a lemon is mixed with warm water and is drunk immediately after waking up before taking any other food or drink (also before bentonite and flax seeds).

Nutrients and substances for the liver, kidneys, and gall bladder

The liver needs certain nutrients for detoxification. Enhanced bile secretion is an important part of detoxification because the bile helps with the removal of toxins that are soluble in fats. Signs of poor bile swelling may be constipation that is enhanced by fiber intake, flatulence, dry skin and hair, indigestion 1-2 hours after a meal, indigestion after fatty meals, and hard stools.

How we clean ourselves with food and plants

The two-week detoxification plan follows, in which intensified excretion, cleansing of the intestine, and improvement of circulation (by which to remove toxic substances) occurs. Inadequate foods and foods that are allergenic are eliminated, and nutrients that affect liver function and liver function are provided, which is the main organ involved in detoxification.
